Pros
The benefits package is comprehensive and 403b contributions are generous. The employees are a great bunch of people with can do attitudes and willingness to help others even when upper management pushes them past the breaking point.
Cons
Upper management has been driving employees to work 70+ hours/wk. Many employees are soo over stressed that they even work during their days off and vacation time just so they don't fall behind and get punished/fired which is sad. Entry level employees are expected to do the same work as senior level staff but earn half or less of their salary. The non-profit culture that once existed is gone and being replaced by a for profit numbers not people matter culture. There are no promotion opportunities in any department except for Accounting and Financial Analysts so HR, BA, AP, CM better luck next time! The pay is good if you have been working here for more than 5 years since they actually gave raises back then. If you have been hired within the last 3 years good luck getting a pay raise regardless of having a stellar performance review. Most employees are actively seeking employment which says a lot about how the company compensates and values it's employees.
