They do provide subsidized health insurance to people who are sub-contracted. I have been working my "temporary" job for close to a year now. Having some stability is nice.

Pay is on the low side for the type of work. There is little in the way of other perks provided from PFI. Work on some of these projects can become a bit of a dead end job if you aren't proactive in trying to network with people and gain other skills. There is little contact with PFI other from filling out a weekly time card.
