Compensation to get you started within the Organization not equal to the actual realized income. Drop can be as much as half.
No real way to track or forecast what you will actually take home for compensation from month to month.
Senior management in charge of procurement, sourcing, engineering are as disorganized as it gets.
Sales is charged with going after and getting deals signed but there's not enough equipment to supply projects that are sold. It appears that it is a constant "Rob Peter to Pay Paul" mentality. It's utterly embarrassing for sales people to sit in front of clients to message to them that there's issues of us being able to deliver for their projects.
