Pros

I've been here about 9 months and I've felt genuinely trusted in my role. In marketing especially, there's real freedom to bring ideas to the table and actually execute on them, no red tape which you can experience at other PM companies. Paul and Colson are accessible and truly value your input. You're not just carrying out orders here. I have never had a company communicate my growth plan so clearly and that makes me feel extremely valued and part of the company long term.

Cons

As a smaller, growing company there's still a lot being built out infrastructure and process-wise. But honestly, that's part of why I made the move from a larger top 3 PM company I wanted to have a hand in building something as a young person still growing in their career.

Pros

Do you love being micromanaged? Well, this is the company for you! It starts at property level and works its way up to corporate. Not a day will go by when you’re not in a meeting or submitting a report they can easily pull from Yardi. The laziness and incompetence of corporate staff truly shines! For a company who claims to be around for 30 some odd years, they sure don’t know what’s going on.

Cons

Promise you the moon and stars. One of their core values is “growth” yet they hire outsiders to “lead” individuals, they last for a couple weeks and quit. The CEO likes to demean people when they don’t agree with him. Not only is he ruining his company’s culture, but he’s losing good people and it all falls back on HIM.
