      Pros

      Super flexible, very easy going, everyone on my team was so kind and helpful. Never felt micromanaged or pressed. Expectation always clear and never asked for things outside of working hours or on days off/holidays.

      Cons

      Was a little slow at times, and not a ton of direct training.
