Pros
The people I dealt with directly were nice. The rate was satisfactory.
Cons
The company is a dinosaur. Communication is not good at all. For many years PECO was a monopoly, and the company still acted as if it was the case. The software is really outdated; no good ERP in place. The company tried to cut costs; decisions seemed to be made on a whim.
