Strict company and not a good place to work - Anonymous employee PDG Consulting Employee Review

Thank you for providing us with some valuable feedback. As a growing company, it is important to us that we learn from the past and continue to improve. We are glad that you found some positives in working for PDG India and apologize for any negatives you might have experienced along the way. Unfortunately, in our line of work, there are times where we need to contact employees at any time of day, however we do our best to keep that at a minimum. In order to improve our culture and cohesiveness amongst our team, we have implemented monthly company outings in addition to team-building exercises and have gotten much better at celebrating milestones and birthdays within the company.
