Where to begin? The guy at the top of the division is a deeply insecure little man who looks for reasons not to like people and tries to make their life awful thereafter. The strategy swings wildly, meaning there is no strategy. When this is called out as an issue in leadership meetings the dude gets extremely agitated and the person who spoke up is soon gone (that wasn't me). Hiring more sales rep is not a strategy. Seriously. That's a tactic. One that has failed spectacularly. In 3 years there has been nearly 100 percent turnover everywhere but at the places with the lowest earners. 22-25 year olds are put in management positions to save money. They were in a death spiral before Covid. Don't let them tell you anything other than that.
