Pros

Very few pros other than an abundance of holidays you receive time off for.

Cons

PCS Wireless will try to sell you on it's financial stability when in reality, they will not be able to afford you for any longer than a few months. This company has an extremely high turnover rate and you will encounter one round of lay-offs after another. They will also let you go conveniently prior to you being eligible to receive unemployment benefits. PCS Wireless will tell you that they are "working on" providing healthcare benefits to all of their employees, but have no intention of doing so. Executive Management is given an extra monetary bonus in their paychecks on a monthly basis so that they can go out and purchase their own healthcare. You will see a great religious divide at this company and will notice quickly how poorly you are treated if you are not a part of "the majority". All in all, PCS Wireless is a very unethical organization to be a part of.

Pros

Good culture and work/life balance. Management has made a concerted effort to increase transparency across the business and welcomes feedback from employees.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but the environment can be pretty chaotic.

Pros

PCS is an interesting mix between being a mid-size, global company and a start-up. There is always something interesting that comes up that requires all of us to learn something new. There is enough structure (mostly) where you don't feel lost but enough flexibility that requires people to be dynamic in their skill set and their role. I can speak mostly about the people in the US but their are really good human beings from entry level to senior management. There is also very little politics. No place is a pure meritocracy but this place is close. have been here multiple years and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

Cons

I don't find specific cons to PCS but it is for a certain type of person. If you like working at big companies where you stay in your lane and have to do your job in a certain way - this is NOT the place for you. Conversely, if you love start-ups and small teams and hate any structure - this is NOT the place for you. The company tries to find the right balance between structure and flexibility and the people who are successful here seem to like and be able to use both of those 'muscles'.
