Pros
The culture and environment, PCS truly feels like a family. I am grateful for my time here. I wouldn't change it for the world. I've learned a lot in my short time here, but I can only see the growing in the future.
Cons
I personally don't have any cons about working with PCS, the only thing that comes to mind is my job requires me to be outside 70-80% of the time. So, working in the Rain, Snow, and Cold can be a downer sometimes, but if that's the only downside I consider that a win.
