Pros
Staff is so helpful. You can learn new technologies while you are in training or in marketing. Placements are very quick depending on your capability of clearing the interviews. We get mocked daily by trainers helping us to be up to date. We get prepared very well before the interview by the trainers on how to answer the questions efficiently. Accommodation is also too good unlike other consultancies.
Cons
We might need a couple more trainers here. Once you get into a project we might need help from trainers initially to cope with the real work..
