      Pros

      Mission-oriented, work-life balance, hybrid work culture. Strong leadership. In general, staff are smart, kind and easy to work with. Non-profit but since it’s unique as a funder there’s no fundraising involved (a challenge confronting most non-profits).

      Cons

      Can be slow moving, uneven promotion practices. Limited options for health insurance.

      Pros

      Kind colleagues, hybrid work (3 days in office), good benefits, and important mission.

      Cons

      Top heavy -- too many unnecessary talking heads with large salaries rearranging the deck chairs, while more people are needed to do the actual work. Not much autonomy and very bureaucratic.
