Terrible CEO - Business Development Manager PCA Skin Employee Review

The CEO is the worst I’ve worked for. She has no idea how to run the company and has an extremely hostile relationship with sales. She doesn’t understand that sales is the most important part of a business, as it is the lifeblood of the company. Without sales, the company wouldn’t exist. She has on national calls used gendered cuss words directed at sales employees made up almost solely of women. She doesn’t listen to ideas from sales, hires consultants who come to the same conclusion, and presents their findings like it is groundbreaking new information.
