Pros
Flexible Scheduling and the possibility to make good money in tips if at a good property. If at a good property, you can network and meet a lot of great people and drive nice cars. Great co-workers, but again that is dependent on the property you're placed in. (Request fancy/high establishments for better tips)
Cons
Like I said, if you have bad days or are at a bad property then tips can be bad, and you'll be stuck with minimum wage. Most valet work involves working in all sorts of weather, rain or shine.
