      Pros

      There isn’t anything positive about this plant maybe some of the employees

      Cons

      Third shift supervisor does not know the machines or how to schedule and he is never there when you need him. The union is not supportive of the people and they don’t appreciate the hard work you do plus there is a lot of shady things the go on at the Milwaukee plant that management takes a blind eye too.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
