Good learning which is not due to company but manly due to your own will to learn
Cons
1) A rickshaw puller earns more than a software engineer here 2) The manager here are elephants who sap all the money and Software developers are like Ants who gets bits of salary 3) When you resign they run after your soul and trouble you to extent that you loose hope and sometimes they don't even provide you relieving. There is a way out to get relieving and that is to tell them that their is a system called judiciary and if they do to much of Hooo Lala then your lawyer can Sue them badly. and once they hear about lawyer they suddenly become conscious and become nice to you and hand you the letter that you deserved.
