Pros
Good techies and lots of work available. A good place to work if you quickly want to learn technology. They are handeling IT projects of some of the biggest companies in India so you get a very good chance to look at modern infra that is otherwise not possible.
Cons
Not actually a con but you need to devote a lot of time to get into the tech stuff. But its worth it. Has presence all over India so be prepared to visit a lot if you are in a field job.
