9yWe appreciate the feedback. we do operate a business supporting our clients from 8 to 5 and are expected to be available when clients call ( Part of our SLA). We encourage feedback and advice on ways to improve our processes. Our client do expect results and since our focus is on supporting everything IT we need to be professional in our approach, leave no client hanging and stay on top of new technology.. Not everyone is cut out for being held accountable and being pushed to continue to improve. Our goal for the past 36 years is to provide service direct to the user. We all must look in the mirror and try to be honest with ourselves . Sorry it did not work out with this employee . We will take the feedback and try to improve
