The pay is OK, and you are always paid on time.

The company is not good at organisation with shifts being handed out last minute. Messages are also passed onto to team members at different dates and different ways. This leads to a confused team giving differing levels of care.

You don’t have to wear a uniform. Finance team are friendly

Some of things I heard through the thin office walls about what staff complaints and how they will deal with anyone complaining about senior leaders are chilling. I spoke to HR about concerns and they were flat out ignored, the HR manager asked why I thought I needed to make that comment and that it wasn’t fair on him to talk about it. It was about a staff member in her team that I heard being outright inappropriate to a young woman ! Crazy place to work!
