Pros
Diverse culture, good people and not very demanding workload so it is probably good for starting first career chapter.
Cons
Salary wise there was less room to grow as pay is commission base. base salary was just above minimum. You may need to work during the weekend until you get some experience and change roster. but weekend working is normal thing for retail business so actually I can't complaint.
