They love to promote from within for hardworking, dedicated employees. They are a compassionate company but expect employees to not take advantage of it. If you have a good work ethic, love to learn new things, and want to be treated with respect, this is a great company to work for! There aren't any other companies in the midwest that could offer college graduates from the area, with such an exciting adventure without moving to NY or LA. Being able to work in the fashion world, develop amazing product, and be able to stay close to family and feel valued as an employee is what this company is all about!
