It’s a paycheck which they have to give you by law . That’s about it.
Cons
Where do I begin? The interview process was dominated by how much they’d have to pay me. Monitored how many times I used the rest room rather than looking at the quality of my work. Owners day dream of modernizing but veteran employees feel threatened therefore they thwart you. Also quite racist.
