Pros
Good salary, clean and attractive work environment, some key players with positive attitudes and committment to the mission of CSI.
Cons
Poor organization and much turnover especially in upper and middle management. Very poor vacation policy. Inadequate orientation and training for new staff. Management does not appreciate strong productive employees rather they seem to be threatened by smart and motivated staff.
