Participants are great, for the most part, but you could figure that anywhere.
Cons
Management has terrible communication and operational problems. Medication training is a joke. PACE lacks workers and while they don't force overtime they might as well with the calls of extra shifts and schedulers asking you to take more. People keep quitting. Discipline isn't used for reeducation but for keeping workers scared.
