Terrible place to work - Consultant Analyst PA Consulting Employee Review

Management is basically a thunderdome of people who don't know what they are doing. Projects are completely opaque and managers will frequently lie about what the project work is. No Learning and Development, basically left to fend for yourself. It's extremely sink or swim, even if you swim you'll be treading water. Absolutely no private work, most of the work is for the UK government and it's a mess internally. Pay freeze unless you were promoted in 2023. Promotion process requires that you do work outside your direct project, none of it actually contributes to anything.
