      Pros

      Rapid growth, exciting technology and great marketing. The senior team are all very committed and were happy to listen and feedback to all levels of staff.

      Cons

      Lower than expected wages, requirements to wait in line for promotions or feedback. Very little movement of staff between groups to gain experiences and communication between groups is purely on a social level. The cons are far less important than the pros

      Pros

      Great individuals on the tech side, incredibly intelligent and open to teahing newcomers what they know. Great atmoshphere too, everyone helps each other out and it feels like you can talk to anyone about anything. Day to day life is really enjoyable and is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Management. The execs and higher ups have no clue whats happening below them and don't particularly care either. Don't listen to advice from anyone actually dealing with the product and actively make decisions without considering or consulting the operations/development staff.
