      Great coworkers and good benefits. Alluring for Lewiston-Clarkston Valley employees.

      Cons

      401k is not as good for new hires. Top heavy management with lack of communication. Impossible to move up the ladder if located outside the LC Valley.

      Pros

      Chances for increased pay Supervisors are nice

      Cons

      Expected to keep up with more work as people quit/fired and their jobs are absorbed. Manager can't give you above a 3 on your review (up to 5 potential) which affects your raises. CEO loves the sound of his own voice. Most staff that has been with the company for a long time are unwelcoming and cold to new people.
