      The managers in the team are really nice and understanding The employee discount for the company brands is great The company benefits are good

      Cons

      There is no work/life balance. Every month during closing we are expected to work extra hours and meet deadlines that are not reasonable. Managers are overwhelmed and don't have time to review our work timely The workload is not consistent with the salary

      SOME of the supervisors and a team leads care.

      Cons

      One person in upper management and hr ppl are absolutely terrible. Took hr THREE weeks to get to a meeting with a friend of mine about someone creating a toxic work environment and then ended up telling my friend that what this person was doing wasn’t considered in their minds to be creating a toxic work environment. Also the blatant favoritism.
