OwnerRez is, by far, the best company I've ever worked for. When they say "People first", they mean it. Benefits are great, weekends and holidays are never expected to be worked, and the company culture far exceeds any expectations of what working a "great job" would feel like.

Haven't found any, to be honest.

Really good benefits. Wonderful vacation policy. Always open to employee ideas. Fully remote. Great co-workers.

We're growing, so there are typical growing pains. But owners are very thoughtful about managing the growth.
