Pros

* Cool and cutting-edge products and platform that we develop * Your views will be heard irrespective of when you joined or your experience * Lots of data if you are interested in data science * Supportive and personable supervisors/managers * High potential for continuous growth * Relaxed dress code, free snacks

Cons

* Because it is very fast-paced, there is a lot of work to be done always. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming * You need to put long working hours once in a while but when you are excited about the work you do and when you have tons of cool projects to work on, time flies by!

Pros

Pay is good. That's about it.

Cons

Everything else. They advertise that work hours are flexible and open, and PTO is as-needed, but both are patently false. Office structure is deliberately chaotic and lacks any sort of direction. Management abuses employees if they don't like the direction of their work, without giving clear direction. I've never seen such high employee turnover at a company since coming here. The only part of the hours that are open is ending hours. They'll keep you for 9, 10, 11 hours a day or more, setting arbitrary deadlines the day of. And there's serious cronyism going on in the "upper levels" of employees with the CEO. Nobody that lasts here has a functioning life outside of work. Don't believe the lies they will try to sell you when interviewing you, and ignore the 5 star reviews here. They're almost certainly written by the few employees that have been here since the beginning and have drank the Kool-Aid and have close ties with the CEO, if they aren't written by her herself. They have no understanding of the industry they work in, and their only profitable products have been outsourced for completion because they can't keep people around long enough to complete anything. Oh, and the management has some shady back dealing with their partners that involves them receiving gifts like iPads and expensive bottles of wine.
