Pros
It's a good place to develop skills useful for other jobs. There are a few people who are pleasant to work with...
Cons
But most of those pleasant and competent people are chased out of the company in short order. Depending on the department you're in, you'll get a boss that's either outright abusive or completely neglectful. There's not much in-between. They try to promote a casual and relaxed environment, but the amount of drama and bullying makes it feel more like you're back in high school. People who are in the in-crowd are given special treatment and people who are not in the in-crowd are ignored at best, or abused at worst. The software is ancient and for many departments, reporting is non-existant or takes days to get. They're upgrading, sure, but it's going to take time and I'll be surprised if the company lasts that long. They enjoy spending money on flashy things and then never mentioning them ever again when they fail. There's no transparency either. The only way you get information about the company is through rumor and that's always hit or miss.
