      some independence. But not enough time in 40 hour week to accomplish tasks. If you stay for a few years, outlook is a bit better.

      Cons

      low pay, desire you to work off the clock and not get paid for that time. little training, learn the hard way.

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
