Pros
* My team, including my manager, is amazing. I feel supported, trusted, and truly feel like I'm doing some of my best work. My manager is respectful, caring, and quick to sing praises of the team.
* I'm proud of the work we do. I really feel like Overalls helps people in a meaningful way, and I'm so happy to be able to contribute to that. I've had jobs in the past where I was downright embarrassed of the product we were selling. That's not the case here.
* I like the smaller startup vibe. It might not be for everyone, but I personally thrive in smaller startups where things are still a little more fluid and I have an opportunity for bigger impact. I feel like I'm helping to build the company instead of just a tiny cog in a bigger money-printing machine (that's how my previous job felt).
* Unlimited PTO. I know some people think of this as a red flag, but it's been really nice. I've never had an issue scheduling time off for vacation or just taking a day or two if I'm not feeling well.
Cons
* I'm making a lot less than I did at previous (bigger) companies, but the salary is understandable for the size of the company.
