Outsourcery Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate you raising these concerns — they help us identify where we can do better. We’d like to provide some context regarding our approach to compensation and benefits. Our salaries are market-related for permanent, full-time roles in South Africa and reviewed annually to ensure fairness and competitiveness. In addition to competitive pay, employees enjoy paid annual leave, including sick leave, public holidays, and family responsibility leave. We operate within salary bands based on experience and seniority, ensuring equity across roles. As a fully remote company, we are transparent throughout our recruitment process and in our employment contracts that we do not provide hardware, medical aid, or retirement funds. While we do not offer annual bonuses, our team has the opportunity to earn incentive bonuses tied to client retention and client upgrades. We also give our people flexibility on the number of hours they choose to work — some opt for fewer hours, which naturally translates into smaller client plans and proportionally adjusted salaries. In addition, we provide our team with access to software programmes such as Microsoft 365, time-tracking tools and other role-related systems, as well as HR, IT, Finance, and Client Services support as needed. While Outsourcery retains a portion of the fees charged to clients, this is reinvested into the business to cover marketing, systems, programmes, and other operational expenses that enable us to deliver high-quality support and opportunities for our team and clients. Transparency and a culture of fairness remain cornerstones of our company. We value all our virtual assistants and the work they do for our clients, and we continually review our policies and processes to ensure they remain fair, competitive, and aligned with market standards.
