Pros

Coming from someone used to be working on a freelance lifestyle, It had been a while since I joined a company, and I was cautious about finding the right fit. then here comes Outsourced. The onboarding team made me feel ready from day one, and my senior and manager did a great job guiding me through the brand guidelines and processes. Pros: - Australian company. (yes you know it, they value output and have great work ethics) - Great logo and branding - There is Growth here - Competitive salary ( literally ) - CEO cares a lot (it's giving father vibe) - Great experiences with team building and other activities - Output wise they will always acknowledge you - We have Outsourced University, where we can develop new skills and make the most of our knowledge. - Great experience for a company - Got cute pantry places in different offices - Leaders are aware with the well being of their members (I really appreciate it) - I work from home, but when I visit the office, I always notice how neat and well groomed my colleagues are. (this matters to me because showing professionalism on physical aspect is also important) The work life balance quote is actually there. I just need to master more time management and balance my workloads.

Cons

Alright here are some of the cons I observed so far, - I wish there's cereal on our pantry or candies - Having per team engagement would be good with fostering trust and better connection among colleagues than as whole since it's a big company. - Some processes could be streamlined to make workflows more efficient. - Certain tools or resources are ok but can be upgraded to improve more productivity. No workplace is perfect. Every company has pros and cons, toxicity, politics will always be there, but Outsourced has created an environment where I can see myself staying for a long time. I have a lot of work actually sometimes I hit my deadlines but I am really enjoying the process. that feeling of being productive at the same time working with growth, I enjoy it. I am still adapting and that's ok. I look forward to developing my skills further so I can contribute more here.

Pros

I remember the day I started working at Outsourced. My wife was about to give birth, and suddenly, they asked me to go home instead of continuing my work for the day. I was amazed—on my first day as a trainee, they allowed me to use my paternity leave, which is not a typical decision for a trainee. Thank you, Outsourced. I will never forget that.

Cons

One observation I have is that the relationship between the TL and the agents does not seem very strong. It may be beneficial to regularly check in with the agents to understand their well-being and assess their work status
