Pros

The company keep their clients satisfied by hiring people based on their client's assessment and decision. They focus only on creating the best experience for their clients.

Cons

-- If something bad comes up with their employees, they use every means at their disposal to serve their client's own needs at the expense of the interest of their employees like they use their performance improvement plan ( PIP ) in my case ( caused by workplace bullying ) to illegally dismiss (axed out of job) me in the quickest possible time. Note I won my DOLE-NLRC case against this company. -- Management has lack of concern to needs of their employees. So think before you plan to work in this company like I was not surprised when my team behave in their own maladjusted behaviors ( esp. power tripping, workplace bullying, self-seeking behaviors, and dominating behaviors ) as reaction to lack of concerns of the company to needs of their employees.

Pros

I remember the day I started working at Outsourced. My wife was about to give birth, and suddenly, they asked me to go home instead of continuing my work for the day. I was amazed—on my first day as a trainee, they allowed me to use my paternity leave, which is not a typical decision for a trainee. Thank you, Outsourced. I will never forget that.

Cons

One observation I have is that the relationship between the TL and the agents does not seem very strong. It may be beneficial to regularly check in with the agents to understand their well-being and assess their work status
