Pros

Growth. This company is not only itself in the middle of tremendous growth, but it provides and challenges all of its employee's with the same tasks of growing. This is a big, small, company. The majority of the employee's are self driven, require little course correction and share their load of the work. You'll find under-performers die out organically to the requirements. Management is sensitive to the needs of its employee's, provides lot of freedom, but in return expects great performance. The view from the top is, family comes first. Businesses is conducted in an ethical manner.

Cons

Cons of the job are only dependent upon what you in this for. If you are looking to run a fortune 500 company, well it may be a few years. But if you are looking for an honest days wage, fair employment and modest opportunities for growth, this is it.
