Cons
- If unfortunately the client will disengage, you will be under redeployment status for 1 month with pay while they get you a new client. If still no client up to the succeeding months, you will be put on a floating status until 6mos (no pay). The TL who handle the redep team has no effort in finding you a client until such you will just give up and resign and immediately they will let you go.
- They need a lot of documents from you and you will shoulder the shipment cost to their office in CDO.
