      Pros

      Good Work life balance for a few weeks in a year. Good opportunities to learn for freshers and interns as free labour is highly appreciated.

      Cons

      Lacks a sense of direction. Frequent u-turn on almost everything within the organisation. Highly political culture with 5-6 senior inexperienced members influencing all decisions.
