The interview process at Outlook Publishing India is usually simple and quick. After resume shortlisting, candidates attend one interview round with HR or a team lead. Questions focus on background, role-relevant skills, communication ability, and interest in media or publishing

It was an easy online test conducted on Google Forms. There were 20 questions to be completed in 2 hours. All were situational, aiming to understand your thought process and perspective. No technical knowledge required, just honest opinions and reasoning. The scenarios were work-related and tested decision-making skills.
