WFH Flexibility Good people Local management were supportive and genuinely cared about their employees wellbeing and skill progression.
Cons
Bootstrapping startup - penny pinching on marketing, useful tools etc. Sales people are given lists to cold call/ prospect. No resources to do much more than mass cold outreach. (ie. prospecting tools, promotions or events). Actual product is not competitive in the market- key competitors beating the flagship product almost every time. SALES TARGETS UNREALISTIC- also means remuneration isn't great either as inconsistent commission. Very little support for any division and disorganised across the board. Inadequate systems and processes across the board from High decline and loss rate of deals due to economic conditions, restrictive policies and poor processes. Late night / early morning zoom calls required to meet with people in other time zones.
