Pros
-Management is extremely open to feedback, and often takes action to improve working conditions and even organizational priorities. -Company is doing quite well, and currently offers a profit-sharing program based on previous years performance -There is a strong focus on self-empowerment, autonomy, and personal/professional development. There even a "try something new bonus" currently in place. This offers $100 towards developing a new personal skill set or getting out of your comfort zone. -The owner and president are very down-to-earth people that care about your personal success
Cons
-This company is constantly evolving and transitioning from a small to medium/large organization. While you are actively involved in making decisions about these changes, sometimes it can be a bit tough to keep up with policies and practices. -The company is not yet large enough to support a comprehensive medical plan. This may change in the coming years.
