Pros
Smart, bright people all around you. Constant challenges and opportunities with a chance of making the difference inside and out. At OutSystems we make IT a good place to work for us and our customers. I feel excited going to work every day and that is one the things that I need the most !
Cons
We're still in the beginning of the hockey stick so there's not much to spare. Balancing growth and quality is hard on all of us. Don't expect easy days at the office, it's a constant challenge so if you you're looking for a 9 to 5 job look elsewhere.
