      I perceive a lack of organization in middle management following a massive period of growth. It's taking some time to settle down. The current economic environment has led to some rapid changes.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
