      Extremely competitive market means you can never stop. Constant new challenges and no time to slow down, makes it hard at times to keep a good work-life balance.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      Cons

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
