Appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback on how we can best achieve a productive workplace centered on best serving our customers. We do operate with a heavy focus on performance, honesty in our dealings with each other, a commitment from each individual to give their best attempts to fulfill their potential, and most importantly, acting responsibly in our dealings with others. We understand that this is not for everyone.
Attempts to bring new sales team members up to minimum performance levels are nothing other than well-intentioned and never personal. Our culture places a heavy emphasis on individual responsibility for achieving outcomes, and we need to see each team member demonstrate more care about the team than any one individual. The first two months of tenure are exactly that—seeing if we are the right fit for each other. Often, it doesn’t work out - and we are ok with that. We hope you can, in time, accept this too. Honest feedback incurs a cost; it is provided at risk to the company because we care - and it is provided in the hope that it may be taken on to help an individual move closer to their ideal life. People who don’t understand that are not the kind of people who have a future here. We each are the masters of our own destiny. And we firmly believe everyone has the right to find a place to work that makes them happy. We do see potential in you and firmly believe you have the ability to achieve; it just comes down to you and you alone.
