Pros
Spent over a decade at this workplace. Was great when the DeHaans were responsible for the work.
Cons
Everything changed and went downhill after the current CEO came to office. Whole global organisation has adopted a hire and fire approach with very little emphasis on missional impact driven work. Since current leadership took office, it has been clear that it’s either you toe the line or you are out. At present, not a great place to be if you are looking for purposeful, faith based work done with integrity.
