      Pay rate was quite nice.

      Cons

      100% clueless management at all levels. Lower management has nomidea what the regular workers are doing, upper management has little to no understanding of the market. Employee turnover is catastrophic. Join at your own risk.

      I have been put on a very diverse and supportive team.
