      I've usually worked at on-site, and it make me learn a lot as a novice engineer. E.g., how to deal with the various accidental issues, how to satisfy the customer by improving the system..

      Cons

      It's normal to on-site worker, but if you want a white-color job, this would not fit on you. Also you have to find your own way to improve your own skill.

      Knowledgeable engineers who are supportive Cool technology with a baseline working product

      Cons

      Company doesn't know in what direction it wants target, trying to answer every problem leading to a difficult to scale product Non-engineers keep trying to appeal to investors and future customers without finishing the current product Tight deadlines and poor communication
