Pros
The job is easy once you’ve been there awhile and are fully trained on all systems.
Cons
Return to office is not ideal, but understandable. The culture inside the office was basically non existent. Little to no team rapport. Some systems you didn’t learn until a year in, but questions from advisors came in long before that. So you kind of feel stupid and it appears to advisors that we don’t know what we’re doing. Systems constantly changing with little to no heads up before hand. Catastrophic roll out of new account opening system that literally did not work in certain aspects creating frustrated advisors who called in to complain constantly. Endless acquisitions bringing on more and more advisors but not increasing the amount of phone agents. Again created upset advisors due to long wait times and extended processing times. Salary was okay for the job.
